R-DATA - AUDIT TRAILS IN PROMUN

Audit Trails are very important for all Municipalities or any entity. PROMUN provide all its customers an opportunity to investigate all changes done in the System. Any Audit queries or normal business queries can be answered at any given time. As PROMUN provide its client with the right to extract any information that is queried and this can be extracted in the form of text file, PDF, Excel, XML, etc.

Menu Access

  • Assign menu access from one user to another on a temporarily basis in a leave situation
  • Menu usage reporting
  • Report on menu item used from a specified date
  • Report on menu item s not used from a specified date
  • Un-used menu item must be manually reviewed and removed
  • Menu Access Listing
  • Menu Access Enquiry
  • Menu Item Utilization Report
  • Menu Maintenance Audit


User Account

  • Every action on user account get audit and reported
  • Account status was added
    1. Active
    2. Retired
    3. Expired

Password Administration

  • Password to be encrypted within database
  • Password never to be re-used
  • Minimum length on password
  • No blank password allowed
  • Strict password rules can be introduce:
    1. Must contain number
    2. Must contain letter
    3. Must contain uppercase
    4. Must contain lowercase
    5. Password expiry ever (N) number of days

Audit

  • When access was revoked and reason
  • Fail login report
  • Detail audit on table changes

Program changes

  • List of changes to be supplied by R-DATA to each customer at each year
  • Development team access
